Chief Executive Officer, Edinburgh Social Enterprise Network Limited
Full or Part-time
Hours: 28-35 per week
Salary: £40,000 or pro-rata
Annual Leave: 31 days plus 6 public holidays or pro-rata

Edinburgh Social Enterprise Network is looking for a new CEO – our first in 7 years.

Who we are:
We provide a range of services including peer-to-peer support and networking; the promotion
of social enterprises and their products and services; representation of the sector; the
provision of training and learning events. ESE is also a partner in Edinburgh’s Third Sector

How we work:
ESE is home to The Good Stuff Network, the meeting place where social enterprises, ‘socially
enterprising’ businesses, organisations, and anchor institutions such as universities, the NHS, and
the Council come together to ‘do good things’ in the City of Edinburgh.

What we need:
Our goal isto drive development of the new Good Stuff Network and guide ESE towards longer-term
financial autonomy and sustainability, reducing reliance on public sector and grant funding.
Having the right mind-set, attitude, and approach is as important for us as having the right
