Asda Foundation – Bringing Communities Back Together Grant

Summary: This new grant will be targeted at reuniting communities, celebrating togetherness, and supporting groups as they resume their activities in person again. There are three options within this grant. Groups must be clear from the outset which option they intend to apply for: Celebration Event, Getting Activities Back on Track, or a Combination of both. All events must take place between 1 July 2021 and 30 September 2021.

The Robertson Trust – Partners in Change
Organisation: The Robertson Trust

Summary: Partners in Change has been established to support work which aims to change how services and supports addressing poverty and/or trauma are designed and delivered. The fund will support organisations to test new ways of working, replicate an intervention which has been trialled successfully elsewhere, or scale up a successful service/support. Organisations should be seeking to address one or more of the following issues: – Financial wellbeing: tackling the financial and material effects of poverty on people and communities – Emotional wellbeing and relationships: ensuring people have emotional wellbeing, and confidence and strength in their relationships with others – Educational and work pathways: equipping people for the future by supporting learning and skills Organisations should be working in a focussed way with at least one of the prioritised demographic groups. The Jo Walters Trust – Aberdeenshire Grant
Organisation: The Jo Walters Trust

Summary: The fund supports projects with a strong Aberdeenshire connection which aim to provide education outdoors. Summary: The Trust is offering grants to support projects which help and inspire pupils to engage with mathematics. Applicants are not expected to reinvent the wheel: ideas could include trips, workshops, competitions, an action-research project within the classroom, purchase of equipment. They will welcome all novel and innovative ideas, large and small.
