Christmas can be a hard time for families and people living alone, there’s so many good causes you can donate to in someone else’s name instead of buying a physical gift. In a time of excess it can be one of the most impactful presents you can give.

Donations

Christmas can be a hard time for families and people living alone, there’s so many good causes you can donate to in someone else’s name instead of buying a physical gift. In a time of excess it can be one of the most impactful presents you can give.

If I were to write down every organisation in Edinburgh you can donate to, I’d need another 28 pages, so instead I’ll highlight a few organisations that are running fundraisers just now for good causes.

When doing the Christmas toys and clothes clear out, think about trying to do it before Christmas so someone less fortunate can enjoy them!
