WISE (Women in Social Enterprise)

The Women in Social Enterprise group provides a space for leaders, new starters, solo entrepreneurs and CEOs of large organisations to come together, collaborate, and develop their skills and businesses.

In March 2025 we hosted the relaunch of WISE Edinburgh, led by our Member Engagement Officer Becca Gallacher.

The session brought together 20+ social entrepreneurs for networking and a vision boarding workshop facilitated by Katie Adams Coaching.

Throughout 2025 we also delivered additional events including:

• A yoga and wellbeing session at Shore Psychology in Leith
• A leadership workshop with Antoinette Ross (Withinsight Ltd)

ESEN hosts 2–3 WISE events per year and actively encourages members to lead their own sessions.
