Working with Glasgow Social Enterprise Network, QMU Musselburgh & Glasgow University we paired business students with social enterprises in Edinburgh & Glasgow to work on plans for a sustainable financial future.
Presenting at the final event on Thursday, student teams walked us through their plans and advice for social enterprises looking at real numbers and solving them with real, implementable solutions. Increasing the use of spaces, without increasing workload and stretching capacity, improved marketing without a huge time consumption and making the most of what we do, whilst not reducing the social impact.
