Bridgend Farmhouse is a community owned and run charitable organisation in south Edinburgh with a  mission  to ensure our now renovated farmhouse exists as a sustainable community-owned centre for learning, eating and exercise, where all can learn, work and grow together to develop a flourishing community and place.

Columcille
Columcille is a day support service in the Morningside area of Edinburgh supporting adults with learning disabilities to participate in creative activities in a community setting.
Community Alliance Trust
The Community Alliance Trust, commonly known locally, as CAT is a development trust or charity. Its role has evolved over time to meet growing needs in the area. One look at the Scottish Index for Multiple Deprivation (SIMD) clearly shows the need on various levels this area requires, and CAT (through its various guises) has focused on serving and supporting the community for over 34 years.

Coorie Café is a place to meet, eat, and unwind. Our food is made fresh, in house, each day; we use seasonal ingredients from the Broomhouse Growers’ Community Garden, so you know that the ingredients are top-quality.

The Cornerstone is a vibrant, open, welcoming space for individuals, community groups and local organisations alike. It provides a multi-purpose venue that facilitates our engagement with an ever-changing world, in thoughtful and compassionate ways.
Cyrenians – Food Production
From our Flavour and Haver Cook School, now a food production kitchen, we are responding to the COVID-19 crisis by offering free cooked meals delivered to vulnerable/elderly/ isolated people and families in the community. We also provide meals for NHS staff in Edinburgh as well as people in temporary accommodation.
Four Square Park Café
Four Square Park Café is located in Saughton Park, Edinburgh. It offers a relaxed setting where you can enjoy fresh food and drinks while directly supporting Four Square, a local charity that helps people experiencing homelessness across the city.
Goodies
Goodies operates in and around Edinburgh to redirect food and resources to reduce waste, support people and build community. The items are redirected to people facing financial insecurity.

They also run a community cafe in the centre of Edinburgh, offer incredible event catering and have a furniture store to help families that need it and students that need to dispose of it once classes have finished.
Grassmarket Community Project
The Grassmarket Community Project supports people through transitions in their lives and re-connects the disengaged. They run four social enterprises through the project: their successful wood workshop GrOW, creating bespoke pieces of furniture from recycled wood; a purpose-designed conference and event space; a cafe and catering service and the manufacture of tartan items including their very own "greyfriars" tartan.

The Scottish Storytelling Centre provides a home for Scotland's stories in the heart of Edinburgh, showcasing traditional arts year round, where modern meets mediaeval architecture for an enticing mix of past and present.
Scran Academy
Scran Academy is a catering social enterprise on a mission to see every young person, regardless of background or barrier, realise their full potential in learning, work and life. Too many young people in our most challenged communities never realise their talents or aspirations due to the effects of social inequality and poverty. Sikh Sanjog
We provide Sikh and other minority women with access to information, employment training advocacy, support and a wide variety of other services. Sikh Sanjog also operates a community cafe (Punjabi Junction) and outside catering from Leith Walk.
