Sanitree is a social enterprise based in Edinburgh and Jaipur tackling period poverty and stigma sustainably through the production and distribution of reusable period pads.
The Edinburgh team does the crucial work of fundraising, introducing the pads to the UK market and outreach. With an already vast repertoire of past fundraising events and stalls, the team is constantly striving to create new ways to support the Her Shakti Centre and our beneficiaries.
The Her Shakti Centre in Jaipur, India is a workspace and community centre where they currently employ 7 beneficiaries from marginalised communities, in flexible and part-time work to create these beautiful products.
