Heartsong Live SCIO – HeartSong Live is a dynamic Christian radio station, launched with a clear mission: to inspire, influence change, and transform lives through the power of worship music. Rooted in the belief that worship can uplift the spirit and draw people closer to God, HeartSong Live stands out as a beacon for believers and those seeking hope.
Beetroots Collective CIC – Beetroots Collective is a Community Interest Company based in Edinburgh. Leading award-winning multimedia artists – Marta Adamowicz and Robert Motyka, provide socially engaged participatory art projects working with the underrepresented, diverse communities in Scotland.
Transition Edinburgh South – Transition Edinburgh South (TES) works with local people and community organisations to regenerate greenspaces and community buildings. Based at the Gracemount Community Garden where, since 2013, they use organic and ecological techniques that regenerate the soil while growing fruit and veg for the community.
Seeing The Now – After 20 years of working as a photographer, Seeing the Now evolved into a more contemplative practice—a way of seeing with presence and intention. This journey gave birth to Seeing the Now, where they combine their love for photography and mindful presence. Bringing mindfulness and creativity together, the workshops offer a unique approach to well-being through photography.
Edinburgh Library of Things CIC – With the Edinburgh Library of Things (ELoT), you can browse and borrow from an extensive inventory of items for your everyday or one-off needs and wants. From air mattresses to zesters and everything in between, you’ll have access to the entire inventory when you join as a member.
Stepping Stones North Edinburgh – Stepping Stones (North Edinburgh) is a voluntary organisation that provides support services to young parent families and pregnant women living in the North Edinburgh area. They aim to promote and support the social development and education of families with young children.
Root to Rise Freedom Foundation – Root to Rise is a nonprofit organization working to improve how lifesaving health innovations reach the people who need them most. Root to Rise helps Ministries of Health, country-led institutions, and other partners launch and scale what works. Their expertise spans health strategy, market introduction, supply and access optimization, and research translation—all tailored for impact in a rapidly evolving global health landscape.
Forgotten Edges CIC – Forgotten Edges CIC is an Edinburgh-based permaculture organisation aiming to create attractive pockets of biodiversity throughout the city. The designs are low-maintenance, pollinator-friendly, and drought-tolerant in a changing climate, while providing year-round interest. Working with local communities and businesses to help ensure the gardens thrive in the long term. Their first project is to rejuvenate neglected street planters, with funding from ECCAN Greenlight.
liminale C.I.C – liminale C.I.C work to strengthen community bonds through inclusive music and cultural events. Reimagining outdoor and public spaces as creative meeting points, supporting social connection, local culture, and environmental appreciation.
Newin – Newin is a digital social enterprise that provides an integrated, multilingual platform (mobile app and website) offering essential information and support services for newcomers in Scotland and the UK. It operates at the intersection of technology, social inclusion, and community development — helping migrants, refugees, and international residents access trusted information, connect with local resources, and integrate successfully into society.
The Ripple Project – The Ripple, side by side with local people, is improving the quality of life for all ages in the community by helping people to help themselves. Started by local people, the Ripple harnesses the skills and enthusiasm of its dedicated volunteers to provide a wide range of well-used services in their community of Restalrig, Lochend & Craigentinny.
Martha M Coaching – At Martha M Coaching clients get personal development support, life guidance, coaching, in any area of their lives, to allow them to find their way forward, from place where they feel stagnant, block and do not see a way through. The niche Martha M Coaching wants to explore and develop is helping men, middle ages (40+) that are mostly rethinking their purpose in life.
