Google.org Impact Challenge: AI for Government Innovation – Funding and Accelerator
Google.org Impact Challenge: AI for Government Innovation is a $30M global open call for nonprofits, social enterprises and academic institutions partnering with governments to deploy scalable, cutting-edge AI-powered solutions on critical public service challenges with technical mentorship from experts through a dedicated Google.org Accelerator.
They’re particularly interested in proposals leveraging generative and agentic AI to help governments solve complex societal challenges across health, resilience, and economy β including public infrastructure and affordability.
They will consider compelling proposals outside of these topics with strong alignment across criteria.

Democracy x AI Cohort: Call for Proposals – Funding and Support
Mozilla Foundation believes that better tech futures are possible and are proving it by investing in projects that will make them real. They back technologists that are building alternatives that workβtools that are open, transparent, and designed to serve everyone. They support technologies that give power back to people and communities and plant seeds of radical change by funding projects that push forward new tech paradigms.
They are looking for technologists who look at the current state of democracy and see opportunities to strengthen it. How might AI contribute to the online information ecosystem in a way that is transparent and accountable? How could technology be used to advance a shared understanding of facts? What new spaces might be built to help cultivate conversation and consensus rather than polarization?
They anticipate funding 10 projects at $50,000 each for 12 months of intensive support.

LinkedIn has opened the “Future of Work Fund” a $3 million investment in leading nonprofit innovators around the world that are harnessing AI to drive economic inclusion.Β In the last few years, AI has pioneered new frontiers in helping solve complex societal problems β from reshaping disaster response to improving healthcare outcomes. At LinkedIn, they’re particularly passionate about how AI can transform workforce development and education.
If you are a nonprofit leader interested in learning how to use AI to advance your mission, they’re unlocked 150+ AI Skills Pathways (Click here to access) to help you get started on your AI journey (available through July 31, 2025). If you feel your work is relevant to this, they are offering grants of between $200-300,000 which can be applied for by clicking here, the deadline for applications is 15th March 2026 at 12pm.
